FAQ

1.What file format can I use to make NFT? Is there a maximum size?

You can use the file formats of pictures, videos, audios, and animations to make your NFTs. The maximum file size supported by the system is 100MB, but we recommend keeping it within 100MB.

2. Is it free to create NFTs?

Mint fees are required to create NFTs on CoinSwap. You can check on web

3. Why can’t I see the NFT I created?

We hope to showcase the blockchain ecosystem on CoinSwap, but when an NFT item or series violates our terms of service, we will remove it from the CoinSwap platform. Although the NFT items and series still exist on the blockchain (we cannot tamper with the activities on the blockchain), they will not be displayed on the CoinSwap platform. If this is the case on your CoinSwap page, it may be that the NFT you purchased or minted was deleted by our user security team. Once we confirm that the following situations occur, NFT assets will be removed from our platform:

Contains sensitive information

Infringement of protected intellectual property rights

Promotes suicide or self-harm

Inciting hatred or violence against others

Belittle or slander another person

Other violations of our terms of service

However, even if the NFT asset is removed from the CoinSwap platform due to the above reasons, the user still owns the NFT token.

4. Is there a minimum amount required for the purchase?

If it is a sale model, the buyer can bid any price. If it is an auction mode, the buyer’s bid must be greater than the starting bid set by the seller, and each time the buyer bids must be greater than the latest bid.

5. What fees will be charged for the transaction?

Transaction fee will be charged for each successful transaction and according to the copyright settings of the NFT, a curtain asset will be given to the creator

6. How do I get my bid assets back if the NFT is bought by another buyer?

Every time a user bids, the corresponding asset needs to be submitted to the transaction contract. If the user wants to cancel the bid, he needs to initiatively cancel the operation. After the cancellation is successful, the assets will be returned to the user’s wallet. If the bid NFT has been traded with other users, the user’s bidding assets in the transaction contract will not be returned automatically, and the user can find the NFT on the [My NFT]-[Bid] page to retrieve it.

7. How to become a creator

We will give certification marks and creator entrances to high-quality creators. If you want to become a certified creator, please contact us. We will implement DAO governance in the future, and users will select excellent creators.

CoinSwap’s NFT is a completely decentralized trading platform. After each order transaction is done successful, the corresponding copyright tax will also be sent directly to the creator’s wallet.
